Want To Try Knitcrate?

Knitcrate Experience

Hello everyone! So this week I got my very first Knitcrate! Yarn mail is so exciting! It is the best kind of mail, Right?
So here on my blog I thought I would do a little photo Unboxing for you.
This post is not sponsored. Everything in this post is exactly what I think of the Knitcrate I received. This post contains some affiliate links. Meaning if you purchase something from one of the links, I will get a small commission at no extra cost to you.

Now if you have not heard of Knitcrate. It is a monthly subscription service for knitters and or Crocheters. Each month, a subscriber receives a package containing the supplies for a crocheting or knitting project. The crate includes unique high-quality yarn, a pattern (One Knit and one crochet) and depending on what subscription you choose it may include a few extra goodies!
So far if you like what you hear and want to skip over there, Use this coupon code for 20% off your fist order!
My “crate” came in this package, But like I said earlier there are several different subscription/crate options to choose from.
Then I opened it. I used my hands because I was worried if I used scissors I might damage something inside………………
It tore open quite well.
Are you ready?
For me, love at first sight. I love everything in the lavender family!!!
This yarn is high quality. VERY soft. The brand I got is Audine Wools. It is 80% wool and 20% nylon. Fingering weight. So a category 1, super fine or sock yarn. Each skein is 400yds and 100g.
I got two colorways, “breathless” (the one with the peach, blue, sage) and “Dry Leaves” (my best description is soft dusty purples) they go wonderfully together.
The crate also includes two patterns, A crochet shown here………….
And a Knit shown here……………………
They both look very lovely. There are instructions on where to go and find the patterns to print off, and a bonus code.
I have not decided weather to crochet the pattern I got or use this yarn for something else special. What would you do?
Make sure you use my coupon code, JONNA20 for 20% off your first order!
